On Sunday April 11th I am running in the Run for Retina at Harris Park in London. This charity run is in support of the St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation. This run is sponsored by the Running Room, which I have been a member since last year when I started to run with their Learn to Run program. (What a great program by the way...!)
