I've never been that into technology, but the new iPad has made me want to become an expert!  What a cool, practical, innovative device! Most toys like this I see just as that - toys.  But the iPad is actually something I think I would use for work and play and I would really love to try one out.

Hopeless optimist

Again this year I have bought tickets for the hospital charity lottery. Now yes, this in and of itself is a good cause and worthy of supporting; however, I would by lying if this is why I buy the tickets each year. I am only by default contributing to charity while truly holding out for the big prize. I am sure I'm not alone in this feeling and that there are many of us who support the event as a side note to winning the big money! I never said I was noble.

With that said, the charity (or Karma) knows of my selfish motives and repays me by not even letting me win a measly gift certificate from Shoppers each year. Year after year nothing.

I had a holiday dinner with my girl friends tonight and we got talking about Louboutin's - at what respectable good girls night dinner does the conversation not lead to shoes? Discovery of the bosu ball

I have been using this fun little exercise tool at the gym lately that I have fallen in love with, a bosu ball. This little gem makes so many things more fun and more comfortable. I do all my ab exercises on this thing and lots of leg stuff. It's really great to help with balance and gives you a great core workout. Try it out! I love it!

Digital Camera

I realize I am starting to get a little greedy with the Christmas list. But, seriously, how am I supposed to be a good blogger without pictures? If I had a nice camera think of all the things I could blog about with pictures to illustrate. The question is, why shouldn't I get a camera for Christmas?

After many years of being watch-less I have decided that it is time that I start wearing one again. So I started my search online tonight and am very disappointed! I have found barley anything that even sparks my interest. Here are three that I picked but I'm not sold on. Who knew this would be so hard?

Flashy eh?!? I didn't think this was my style but I keep going back to it.Much more simple... I like this one quite a lot.

Now This one is unique.... I like it!

Christmas List con't

I think a chandelier adds such a beautiful elegance to a room. I would like one for my bedroom and my dressing room, ok any room really. This one from Home Depot is cute (not so elegant buying it from Home Depot though :)

Iron Chef Susie

I am a little in love with the Le Creuset pot Dennis bought me for Christmas this year. It is the greatest pot! I'm really not even sure what I love so much but I do. You can use it on the stove top, then put it right in the oven, it's bright red - what's not fun about that?

I was in a little kitchen shop while out for lunch with the girls on the weekend at the market and I saw another pot, of the same brand, and I want it! It's like an addiction - a very expensive - addiction.
